My daughter had a wonderful 6th birthday experience at jump Takanini! The staff were awesome, special shout-out to Jayden for being such an amazing host and listening to my every request! We had 16 kids! Heaps of food, even though fish and chips was not delivered as part of the food, jump made a special effort and provided ice locks as an apology so good save guys! Because that was a big hit and a nice end to an awesome party! All the kids and parents had fun! Well worth the money we spent. And so good not to have any hassles!

I wouldn’t recommend booking a party with Jump Takanini. It’s overpriced and you get bad service. Our party guests arrived 30mins early for an 11am booking, closer to 11am we asked one of the staff if we were able to move our belongings into the party room (presents, kids shoes, cake etc.) only to be told no, there’s a larger party booking ahead of us in the room, we won’t be allowed access to the room till 12pm. (every previous party we’ve booked or attended we’ve been allowed to place items in the room before the Jump time) We also noticed there were two party rooms sat empty the entire time we were there. We had to chase the party host for everything - plates & cups for the adults, colouring pencils for the kids activity sheets, plates, knife & spoons for the cake. Also realised afterwards we were never served our fruit juice tower as part of the party package, only the extra one we ordered. You pay a lot for these packages, so a bit more of a proactive approach from the host isn’t asking much. Sorry Jump but I won’t be back to book another party, dissappointed to say the least.
